How many of us as Christians are trying to be good enough to get God to favor us? #prayer

If we can do enough good deeds, then God’s going to put some favor on us. But according to this verse, that’s the wrong approach. When you made Jesus Christ the Lord of your life, He brought you into a place of undeserved privilege. Therefore, we can walk in it even though we don’t do everything right. We’re in a standing of grace. We’ve got to believe it to walk in it.
