Time is running out for 24 year old cocaine addict Tweaker Richards. His frightful psychotic episodes consist of voices commanding him to murder people with his handgun. His father Philip Richards (Oliver Tuthill – Quincy, The Amazing Spiderman) has dedicated his life to bringing about more stringent gun control laws in the United States. When Tweaker seeks a cure from his murderous compulsion through a Dominatrix named Willow (Tara Walker – Film Geek, A Star for Rose) he does not realize she is a member of Seattle based gun gang planning to assassinate his father. Also staring John Savage (The Deer Hunter, Godfather III) as the charismatic and ruthless Brutal Magnus, overseer of the gang. Torn from today’s headlines, The Right to Bear Arms is a sobering and disturbing portrait of gun violence in America today.
